"I have only know Dan Schneller for a short time when I transferred my insurance policy to his office a few months ago. Dan has taken the time to ensure that I understood what my policy consisted of, all the costs involved and any corrections from the transfer from one office to his office. I recently misunderstood an email that was sent to me and Dan immediately called me to explain what the email was really stating. Because I misunderstood that email, I was very anxious and upset, not knowing how to correct this change that I thought was happening, but while on the phone Dan explained what it really meant which dismissed my anxiety for which I was greatly relieved. I expected no less from Dan knowing he followed his military oath; Always faithful, Always loyal...I was not disappointed! Thank you Dan!"

"I called for a quote for me and my partner and it took over a week to get the quote. Any other insurance company gave me same day quotes for the same people and vehicles. I was previously on my family’s plan and I had cancelled that. A week after canceling they charged me again for insurance. It’s now been 3 weeks since I’ve cancelled and they still won’t refund me. They told me “they are still processing your cancellation and when you cancelled 5 days prior to the cycle ending it wasn’t enough time before the cycle ended” This is the slowest company I have ever worked with and each person will tell you something different. I would never ever use this company."

"I was in there a few months back. My car was being fixed next door to get back up and running again and I needed go get it insured. Im 66 with an excellent driving record. Excellent credit score. Retired on disability. Hardly drive any more. My car is a 1999 Camry that had been inoperable for a year. He was rude. Didn't listen to me when trying to explain my car was uninsured because it was not safe to drive until that day when I had saved enough to get it fixed and replaced the bald tires. He rushed me out the door. I felt unimportant. Later I got an email from him quoting me $79.00 per month for liability only. This guy obviously doesn't like his job or people very much. I went with Geiko for $32.00 per month, and the agents at Geiko were super patient and polite! Kelli (A happy Geico customer)"
